Here are some information and tips to prepare your trip:
Time frame | Requirements |
Up to the sixth (6th) month of pregnancy | No medical certificate is required. Nevertheless, we recommend you seek medical advice from your doctor before your trip. |
30 to 35 weeks pregnant | A medical certificate dated less than seven (7) days prior to departure is required |
Beyond 35 weeks pregnant | You will not be able to travel on our flights without a medical escort |

Whichever cabin you fly, our crew will do their utmost to render your trip as comfortable as possible. Here are a few tips as well:
- Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
- Stand up and move frequently during the flight. An aisle seat will make things easier.
- Drink regularly and avoid carbonated drinks and alcohol.
- Avoid heavy meals.
- Fasten your seatbelt under the stomach in the pelvic area.
