How can I get an upgrade?
1 Check your eligibility
Starting 7 days before departure, you can try your luck in 3 ways:
- Through the “Maeva Upgrade” page here or
- In Via the “Manage my booking” section or by
- Through an e-mail invitation sent 7 days before departure.
2 Choose your option
Two ways to upgrade your travel experience:
- Place a bid and try to win an upgrade to Mānava Premium or Poerava Business class. You can modify or cancel your bid up to 24 hours before departure.
- Choose an Instant Upgrade and confirm your upgrade immediately at the displayed price.
3 Your upgrade
- Auction: you will be notified by email of the result of your bid no later than 5 hours before departure. If your bid is successful please present your confirmation at the airport check-in counter.
- Instant Upgrade: your upgrade is confirmed immediately after payment. Present your confirmation at check-in.

Maeva Upgrade auctions: a guide to upgrading your trip
How to upgrade your travel experience:
- Select Mānava Premium or Poerava Business class.
- Choose your option: place a bid or select an Instant Upgrade
- For auction: place your bid up to 6 hours before departure
- For Instant Upgrade: confirm your upgrade immediately at the displayed price
If your upgrade is confirmed:
- Auction: If your bid is successful, the amount is charged and you will receive a notification by e-mail no later than 5 hours before departure.
- Instant Upgrade: payment is charged immediately and your upgrade is confirmed without delay with a confirmation e-mail.
- Present your confirmation at the check-in desk
Modification and cancellation:
- Auction: you may modify or cancel your bid as long as it has not been accepted
- Seat availability in the Mānava Premium or Poerava Business Class is confirmed at check-in.
- Once confirmed, a bid or an Instant Upgrade is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be changed.
